Physical Training

Work is pleasurable. People fight the employee who hates. Spotted they go promoted in his presence now. They and my visitors and my only member gain the same access. I'll guess Jeremy is fighting them while I call the emphatic play here. That was the play. Whatever I enlisted in will conquer him, and others like him. It's out there, an amber alert on a Jeremy from a life insurance company. A serial trying to get people fired for years. It stops today. With these two promoted to each a superintendent, physical training can take place. I love to run and walk to get the Euphoria from Dopamine and Endorphins. I enjoy preparing for battle. She's doing my favorite thing. I love sports and the love is totally there. Get those knees up and keep your back straight up and down. Keep your feet under you and stay on you toes. Swing your arms, but keep your elbows in. Physical training has multiple exercises that make up the routine and it is a routine. For example, sit ups, push ups, high knees in place, butt kickers, sprints, lunges, Lifting weights, running & jumping, neck rotations, arm circles, back extensions, and stretching. Do you want the best body? Do you want to sign that contract? Do you want to make that agent look? Want to score more goals? Do you want to maintain? Do you want to play the bench? Do you want to train harder? How hard can you train? Do you want endorsements? Do you want us to see you run? Do you want us you monitor your physical exercise? Do you think you're giving me your best right now? Are you pumping your arms or are you telling me no? Are you settling the score? Do you feel that lactic acid? Do your muscles burn? Are you dieting so I don't have to teach you to coach me not to tell you that? Are you sweating? Is your butt low? Are you bending your knees? Have you done your suitcase crunches? How's your body fat? Are you less than 10%? Are you breathing hard? Did you get a good stretch? Did you do your bleachers like I asked you to? Do your stadium stairs. Do your mile faster. Do you drills crispier. Do your studying on physical training. Do your push ups in your cell? Do your squats in your cell. Do your running in place in the park. Show us how fast you are. Run for us. Pump your arms. Breath in and out? Rest for a while in between sets and exercises. Run faster and jump higher now. Stride better. Do your striders. That's important for sprinting. Dribble the ball in and out of the cones. Kick the ball into the net. Banana kick the ball into the net from anywhere impossible. Jog backwards for miles around the track. Jog five miles backward and five miles forward. Pump your arms and legs and keep your back straight. Keep your head level and keep your feet underneath you. Run faster to like 50%, to 75%, 95%, 100%, then back down to 25%. Lay on your back and get your suitcase crunches in, then turn over on your stomach and get your push ups in. Lay on your back and lift you legs in the air until you can't do them any more. Everyday you should burnout of an exercise or two. Lay on your back and do sit ups until you can coordinate yourself appropriately. Lay on your side and lift each leg up until you can't lift them anymore for all the sets. Squat and touch your butt to your heels and explode up with your back as straight up and down as possible. Squat down with a weight all the way down and explode up and stand up with head level. Watch what your doing. Push yourself. Braid your hair and lift weights longer. Elbows in now not later, then squat down 👇 all the way, and explode up until standing erect. Use your legs and Core with you Upper body to stabilize the part of you that wants to quit. Don't quit. Keep that physical exercise up.
