Analyzing A Set Of Data

I want to analyze some data real quick for you, I have 19 emails sent from August 26, 2024 at 4:44 pm through September 2, 2024 11:18 pm and each email has been opened a certain number of times, and I want to know more about what this set of data means. The set is {4, 6, 17, 16, 14, 16, 19, 6, 4, 7, 4, 3, 4, 9, 10, 15, 16, 15, 16} and I know that these are the number of times each of the 19 emails were opened during these dates and times, so I will calculate the mean by arranging the numbers from least to greatest. Then I will add the numbers up and divide the total of those numbers by how many numbers are in the data set to get the mean. 3 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 4 + 6 + 6 + 7 + 9 + 10 + 14 + 15 + 15 + 16 + 16 + 16 + 16 + 17 + 19 = 201 opened emails total through the dates listed above, and 201 ÷ 19 = 10.6 emails opened per email sent, so my mean was 10.6. There are 8 days between August 26, 2024 at 4:44 pm and September 2, 2024 at 11:18 pm, so over 8 days, I sent out 19 emails, 19 emails got open 201 times, and on average there were 10.6 openings per email sent. During this period, people gave the emails a look and the numbers weren't astronomically low. To find my median, I line up each type of number, so I can find the core of {3, 4, 4, 4, 4, 6, 6, 7, 9, 10, 14, 15, 15, 16, 16,16, 16, 17, 19}, and the median is that one day I had ten emails opened. When I look at the data, 4 and 16 have each occured 4 times and every other number has occurred less than that, so I'll get the average of the two numbers. 4 + 16 = 20 and 20 ÷ 2 = 10, for 10 is my mode. My range is the difference between the largest number in the data set and the smallest number, so 19 - 3 = 16, so 16 emails opened is my range. I have a new set of data here for the dates and times and it is {3, 0, 0, 0, 0, 8, 5, 4}, so it can be said that I sent out 3 emails the first day and I sent out 4 emails on the last day, and now I will get my mean. 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 8 = 20 and 20 ÷ 8 = 2.5. I sent out 2.5 emails per day during these dates and times provided, and that equals approximately 8 days. To get my median, I line up the types of numbers as 0, 3, 4, 5, 8 and take away that 4 is all alone as the core of my days set, therefore 4 emails sent on August 31, 2024 is the core day I had for this time period. My mode is 0, but I'm saved by a mean that is off the ground, so I was lazy quite frequently, and there were 4 days when I didn't send an email. I want to get my range here and 8 - 0 = 8, so my range is 8 for emails sent, because that is what I have to work with here, for I can't seem to derive any other data set from the initial set of data, but I found out that I will strive to get an email sent per day, because my performance suffered from day 2 through day five. Conclusively, I can say that one email per day can eliminate the 0 in the data, and so naturally I'm leaning on getting in shape, so I can complete this project of sending one email per day out. Unfortunately the social media marketing department is tailored for scaling a business instead of growing a business. I made out that I'm just growing my company and I don't have all the seats filled, so I don't have to emphasize social media marketing now. Maybe this means that my business is becoming more interesting after all, and fitness correlates to finances directly, because each time I go on a walk, I manage to improve the amount of emails sent out per day. I actual went for a walk 7 out of these 8 days, and I'm impressed with myself, for I'm not ashamed of what I've done during these dates. I only get to know what made me better during this time, and there are more grueling tasks ahead, so welcome to my company. It's harder now to grow a business than it is to scale a business.
