Workouts that bring home the bacon, create wealth, and build strength

Paths that are familiar to people are pleasing, but digging new earth to create a new path is a sacrifice. Sacrifices bring about good results on average, so strength comes by putting stress on the body. When you push against the stress that you allow, then your muscles get big enough to where you can travel more qualitatively. Your quality of life will improve when you subject yourself to running, jogging, and power walking, because nothing can happen until that energy transfer occurs. Push ups, sit ups, crunches, squats, lunges, curls, triceps extensions, calf raises, hamstring curls, Quad extensions, chin ups, dips, sprints, swimming, boxing, surfing, hiking, rock climbing, staircases, running up hills, squatting on one leg, running track and all resistance work is going to build wealth. Out-competing should get real fun when you see how much of a difference you made between your competition and yourself. Getting to know everyone is real simple and it has to to with physical activity. Remaining at the top of your game has never been about doing what you hate, but doing what you love has brought you the value of gold in your life. Do one thing for me and that is to back up what I am with gold by spending a hundred grand on the precious metal to back up your currency. I'll go first, so that you get the gold reserve now and not later. Then your finances will be perfectly sound and your fitness will be the good reason why excel. Now it's your turn.
